Vihula Manor has a private herb garden that inspired the creation of this herb salt mixture. The cute little glass jar captures the garden in one mix: 50% sea salt and 50% herbs - leek, parsley, dill. Amazingly good on just about everything: add it to soups, salads or mix into meats before cooking. For best flavor and potency keep tightly closed in a cool, dark cupboard.
