Vihula Manor Lifestyle Goods Delivery

If you choose to have your goods delivered in Estonia and Finland, you can choose between Post24, Smartpost or Estonian Post Office service. You can choose Registered International Standard Package service by Estonian Post or International Courier service in Europe and Oversea.

Please note that one package can fit up to 20 different products. For special delivery, please contact our customer service +372 627 7877 or sales@vihulamanorlifestyle.com . Wines, beers and spirits will be charged per number of cases ordered, where each case is counted as one package.

Please note that some products have shipping restrictions related to the destination. Alcoholic beverages and food products cannot be shipped to destinations outside the EU. You will be informed about any limitations during the check-out procedure.

1. Post24 or Smartpost automatic package machine delivery in Estonia is charged at EUR 3.00 and Smartpost in Finland is charged at EUR 9.00. Ordered products will reach your selected package terminal in two working days in Estonia and in Finland during five working days starting from the time you receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.

When making an order, select the appropriate Post24 or Smartpost package machine. To find your nearest package machine map click here for Post 24 or Smartpost. When ordered goods have reached the package machine, you receive a notification via SMS, which includes the package terminal security code. Products are stored in the package terminal for 7 calendar days. If you don’t take out your delivery during this period, the package will be returned back to Vihula Manor Lifestyle, Tallinn, Estonia.

2. Estonian Post Office service is charged at EUR 4.00 in Estonia. When you prefer to use the Estonian Post Office service, ordered products will reach your selected post office in Estonia in three working days starting from the time you receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. When your package arrives at the post office, you will receive a letter with information about the post office’s opening hours. Products are stored in the post office for 15 calendar days. If you don’t take out your delivery during this period, the package will be returned back to Vihula Manor Lifestyle, Tallinn, Estonia.

3. Europe. Registered International Standard Package Service by Estonian Post is charged at EUR15.00 and International Courier service at EUR 35.00 Orders sent via Registered International Standard Package Service or International Courier service require a signature on delivery to your address. Please allow up to 7 working days after the date of shipment for orders to arrive. Customs or handling charges that may be added in the destination are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.

4. Oversea. Registered International Standard Package service by Estonian Post is charged at EUR 20.00. Orders sent via Registered International Standard Package service require a signature on delivery to your address. Please allow up to 7 working days after the date of shipment for orders to arrive. Customs or handling charges that may be added in the destination are beyond our control and we are unable to accept any responsibility for these.
