These terms and conditions govern the use of the online store www.vihulamanorlifestyle.com (“Online Store”) and relationship with Vihula Manor Lifestyle OÜ, whose registry code is 12043894, registered office in Kevade str. 2, Tallinn, Estonia; e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org; phone +372 627 7888 ("Us").
By making a purchase from our website you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions at the time of the transaction.
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time and any changes will be shown on the website.
Vihula Manor Lifestyle products are made in cooperation with local producers and craftsmen in order to continue the long-standing traditions of Vihula Manor. Detailed information about each product is reported on the product page and the price is presented in Euros. Please note that a delivery fee will be added to the price, delivery options and rates will be displayed on the Checkout page.
To order the products, please select the desired product and click on the "Add to basket" button. When you have finished shopping, preview the contents of your basket, select the desired delivery method, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button and fill in your personal data. We confirm that we maintain the security of your personal data.
We accept payments through the Estonian Payment Centre ("Maksekeskus). You can pay for the purchase either via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay bank link (available for Estonian customers), or with a Visa and Mastercard. Please read and confirm that you accept our terms and conditions before placing your order. After that proceed by clicking "Place order" button. After placing the order, you will be directed to pay via the selected payment method. We will send you a confirmation e-mail and will also display the order confirmation on your checkout page.
Alcohol is sold only to adult customers who have confirmed that they are at least 18 years old when submitting the order.
We deliver the products you have purchased within 2-7 working days in Estonia and within 4-14 days internationally.
You can come and pick up your order yourself at Vihula Manor Lifestyle office in Tallinn at Kevade str. 2. When placing your order online, choose the delivery method “Curbside pickup at Kevade str. 2", and add a note when would you like to pick up the package.
Orders placed through the online store are not automatically issued at Vihula Manor and if you want to pick up the package from the manor or order a gift hamper as a surprise to the hotel room, please contact us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Individual Vihula Manor Lifestyle products can be purchased at the manor's on-site Watermill Café, where you can pay for your purchase in cash or with a bank card.
If you have chosen a parcel locker as the delivery method, the products will be delivered to the parcel locker of your choice and you will be notified via text message with a unique door code required to open the parcel locker door.
If your order contains alcoholic beverages, the order will be issued or delivered by courier between 10.00 and 22.00 and can only be handed over to an adult (document required). If the customer does not provide a document or if the customer is a minor, the Courier has the right not to hand over the products. Similarly, if the goods ordered to the parcel locker include products with age identification, only the adult person who ordered the goods can withdraw the package from the parcel locker.
If you want to send a package out of Estonia and the package contains alcoholic beverages, please contact us before placing your order to be sure if we can send a specific package to the desired destination. If the parcel leaves the European Union, procedures with customs declaration and extended delivery times due to customs control must also be taken into account.
If your order cannot be delivered to you due to the products being out of stock or for any other reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the money paid by you immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
Cancellation & Cooling Off Period
You can return the products(s) by notifying us within 14 days of the goods being delivered.
We do not accept returns and refunds if you have purchased products that deteriorate or expire quickly, as well as sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. The product must be returned unused, unopened and original packaging undamaged. A product can be examined in a manner permitted for testing the product in a physical store. If you have opened the product packaging, we will only replace the products if they are damaged or of poor quality.
If the product purchased from the online store has defects for which we are responsible, we will repair or replace the defective product or issue a refund if you return the defective product.
We are not responsible for any defects that occur after the product has been handed over to you and stored under improper conditions.
Please contact us in writing email@example.com and return the products within 14 days. The cost of returning the products is borne by the customer, unless you return the product because the it not match what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective product).
We will issue a refund within 7 days of receiving the products. We may refuse a refund until you have returned the products to us.
We process your personal data in order to fulfill the order and also on the basis of our legitimate interest. We disclose your personal data or give access to personal data to the authorities and the supervisory authority, if we have a corresponding legal obligation, to our authorized processors and persons who have a legal right to receive personal data, as well as to an authorized employee of Maksekeskus AS to make payments. As a rule, we process personal data within the European Economic Area (in addition to the EU countries UK, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein). If we need to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will take place in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Applicable Law & Dispute Settlement
Estonian law applies when purchasing from this online store.
Our goal is to resolve all disputes through negotiations. If the negotiations do not yield results, you have the right to apply The Consumer Protection Authority (Rahukohtu 2, Tallinn). In addition, you can contact the Online Dispute Resolution Platform to resolve online consumer disputes at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
