The classic kombucha bottled by hand in the small Säs brewery is a pleasantly effervescent alcohol-, gluten-, and lactose-free drink that is perfect for vegans and people with a healthy lifestyle. Kombucha is made using tea culture, filtered water, mild green and black tea and unrefined cane sugar; a nice fine bubble is obtained during the second fermentation. As proof of a living and genuine drink, there will be a deposit of the drink and a new small tea bud.

Kombucha, or tea drink, has been bottled for several thousand years. It is a living drink in which beneficial bacteria, various vitamins, organic acids, polyphenols and enzymes are created under the influence of tea. Scientific studies confirm that regular drinking of kombucha has a positive effect on the body, provides energy, increases immunity and promotes digestion.
