Returns Policy

Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims must be sent with the number of delivery to: sales@vihulamanor.com . Return of goods is possible within 2 weeks after delivery.

Title

All risks in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery. Vihula Manor Lifestyle shall retain the title of the products until full payment has been received. We reserve the right to make changes to our website, terms and conditions at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you use the Vihula Manor Lifestyle website and order goods from us.

Force Majeure

Vihula Manor Lifestyle shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the company.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and by placing an order you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
